Who will be working on my social media accounts?

 A well-trained, dedicated Content Specialist will be the one finding and sharing content for your accounts. Our Content Specialists are just that – specialists in social media content. They spend hours scouring the web, searching for relevant content to share on your accounts. 

Their goal is to engage with your audience the way you would if you had the time. We’re big on taking ownership and responsibility for our work, and it shows in everything we do.

All of our Content Specialists are native English speakers so your social media pages will look like you are the one posting day after day.

How will you know what to post for my company?

During our signup process, you will fill out our comprehensive Profile Questionnaire. This is a great place to tell us about your business, your industry, and what you want to see within your social posts. We recommend being as detailed as possible for most tailored results. 

Once we receive your order, your dedicated Content Specialist will begin researching your industry, competitors, and target audience. 

By the time the first post hits your social media pages, your Content Specialist will know just what your audience is looking for. And that’s the key to effectively using Social Media! 

Can I still post on my own profiles?

Absolutely! They're your profiles and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

We ask for an initial 3 month contract to truly experience the difference our service makes to  your business. 

After that we will be earning your business month after month, so there’s no contract involved. You can cancel anytime you’d like, giving us 14 days notice. But we are confident you’ll love our service and want to stick around for a long, long time!

Can you help me create a marketing plan for my business?

Yes we can help you create a marketing plan for your business for an additional fee. Whether it be full 360, omni channel, digital or social media plan.

Can you send me samples of content from my industry?

Because of the confidentiality agreement we have with our customers, unfortunately we are not able to send you examples from your specific industry. 

However, if clients give us permission, we'll add examples to our YouTube channel so you'll have an idea of the type of content we have  re-purposed on behalf of clients.

What if I have specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?

Just send us an email with what you’d like us to share for you, and we’ll pass it along to your Content Specialist. 

Our friendly Support Team is happy to make sure your requests are handled just right. You can email specific instructions to us  anytime, and we’ll do whatever we can to get them implemented quickly. 

Can I approve my posts before you schedule them?

 Absolutely! When you sign up for our services and fill out our Profile Questionnaire, we'll ask if you would like to approve your posts (or not) before they go out each week. 

Feel free to check "YES!" so we can give you approval access during your account's setup. We will send you login information for our posting platform during this time, as well as instructions on logging in, reviewing, and approving your posts.

If at any time you would like to switch to a more "set it and forget it" service, feel free to contact us and we can remove your required approval

Can I approve the additional videos, blogs etc, you create with the content creation service?

Yes! We will send you the brand assets such as image with text overlays, animations, videos and blogs for approval. 

The assets will be watermarked with our Girl Friday Consulting logo until we get your sign off. Once we receive final approval, all Girl Friday Consulting watermarks/logos will be removed.

Depending on the content creation service, you will have one or more opportunities to send us edits of the content we have created. 

What if I have questions or want to provide feedback on what is being posted to my account?

Good news! We are just  a click or call away and are able to respond in a timely manner to any requests, feedback comments or directions you may have.

Will you reply to comments and DMs on my social pages?

Yes we can! We charge an hourly rate of £20 to reply to comments, DMs, and other types of engagement with your followers within a 24 hour period (Mon to Fri). All we need are your brand engagement guidelines.

Who writes the content?

 We have an amazing team of Content Specialists (yes, they're humans!) that are social media pros and native English speakers. 

They spend lots of time scouring the internet to find great content that will match your company’s social media needs. You'll always get human-crafted posts, never something created by a machine! 

My business is in a very niche / off-beat industry. Can you still post for me?

We have experience working with clients  in niche and off beat brands. If we haven’t worked with your industry yet, we’re confident we can do as great a job for you as for all the other industries we’ve served. Our confidence in this area comes from the process we have for bringing on a new client. For every client, our Content Specialists perform broad research before posting any content. So, we know who your target market is and what they are interested in.

If you're still not convinced but would like to try our service, feel free to be super detailed when filling out the Profile Questionnaire during our sign-up process. The more information you give us, the better! This will help us find more tailored content for your audience, create specific messaging with relevant hashtags, and choose photos that will appeal to your readers. We also encourage you to review our posts and provide feedback as often as possible to make sure we get things right.

What kind of achievable results can I expect from using your service?

Good question! The benefits of our plans are threefold:

  1. A consistent social media presence. When someone clicks on the Facebook icon on your site (you do have one, right?), you want them to see an active presence, and you want them to see that the quality of your content is high and demonstrates your expertise (see #2 below). We don’t just post “Happy Friday” and a picture of a cat. We pride ourselves on finding quality content that is unique, interesting, and encourages engagement.
  2. Building expertise. Because we research your industry and target audience very well from the beginning, and because we encourage your feedback on an ongoing basis, the content we post on your behalf helps to demonstrate your expertise in your field.
  3. SEO. Google and other search engines are interested in your social media presence. Search engines want to return relevant, legitimate links when someone searches for a term, and having a consistent presence on social media is one indicator that your website (and your business) are legitimate.

Will your posts increase page likes and followers, product sales, visits my website, etc?​

Because we are posting high-quality, interesting content to your profiles, you can expect to see some organic growth in followers, likes, etc, and you may even see an increase in website traffic and sales. 

Regarding growth with the Daily Plan, some clients will experience a direct correlation between the work we do and sales of their products and services, and website traffic. We will link to your website through a few posts per week that include searchable hashtags, which can help people find you online. 

Our blog writing services can also help increase visibility of your brand and products. 

A single blog post we wrote resulted in a client being contacted about a £40K project.

Our Facebook Ads can also help you see more sales growth by promoting your products or services to a larger audience.

A Facebook ad campaign we ran for a fashion solopreneur over 8 days generated +21% sales at a trade show despite overall visitor numbers being down -47%. Total ad spend was £40/$50.
